About a girl, who does the jack hammer dance

Clicking on the button that says "Book" and by that confirming my flight to South America, I had this rush of adrenalin that you get, when you know something big is going to happen. And it is! IT IS SOUTH AMERICA, FOR GOD'S SAKE! SIX WEEKS! Jack hammer dance big time. The last months were covered in fog of indecisiveness regarding a lot of things and suddenly all loose ends came together. This little click on the button was just the cherry on top of the ice cream cup of life and since then I cannot stop grinning. Again, jack hammer dance even bigger time.

So here we go again: a journal about my travels. My journals/blogs served me already during my time in Japan after High school graduation, my life in the south of Germany and again in Japan and my travels from there. I just flipped through a variety of entries and looked back with a fond eye on silly six-years-younger-me. I still have the need to tell EVERYTHING. And NOW. And with a lot of EXCLAMATION MARKS (!!!!) when I talk, but I think over time I found a more subtle way to convey my emotions of that particular moment in written words. Please don't mind the occasional ♥ or :D or ♪, I just cannot get rid of them. This blog is mostly for keeping my worried family and friends informed about what is going on down in South America, but also kind of a travel log book for myself. For first hand impressions, pictures, ect. have a look at my Tumblr.

HERE IS THE PLAN:
I am flying down to Buenos Aires, where I meet Philipp, my travel companion. For the last three months he worked in Montevideo, the beautiful capital of Uruguay, acquiring mad Spanish skills. I will be part of the first six weeks of his big tour panamericano and we will cover Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Bolivia, from where I will head back to Germany and he will continue his journey. We are in the midst of planning and selecting, but as you may have noticed South America is quite big and ruling something is really hard for me. So step by step, you will see the details of our whereabouts become clearer.

Oh and by the way HELLO, thanks for stopping by and reading :)

P.S.: If you wonder what the heck a jack hammer dance is, it is kind of a secret thing my sister and me do, when we are too excited... if you get to know us, we'll teach you.
